In Store Purchases

We accept Cash, & Credit Cards

We accept payments in Cash, Wire Transfer, & ACH Deposits.

International Phone Orders*

We ship internationally. We accept payments in Cash, Wire Transfer, & ACH Deposits.

Return Policy

In Store Purchases

Store Credit will be given for any merchandise returned within 7 days in the original condition. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.


Online Order Purchases

All of our musical instruments come with a 48 hour approval period, which begins when the UPS or FedEx tracking database indicates that the shipment was received and or delivered.  If a return is necessary, please call us for an authorization.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways if item is returned.  5% of the sale price of the instrument will be charged as a restocking fee if the returned item was purchased using a credit card.  There will be no restocking fee if other payment methods were used.

After the returned instrument is received, inspected, and is found to be in the same condition as it was originally shipped, a refund, minus shipping, will be promptly issued.


*International Buyers

We cannot declare a guitar’s value (for customs) at an amount lower than the price.  Although we sympathize with taxation concerns:

  • Customs might delay shipment of your instrument, requiring lots of extra paperwork.
  • In the event of a claim, insurance issues might occur if the customs value does not match the sale price of the instrument.
  • And finally, it is illegal.
