Classic Gibson dreadnought, one of 503 produced in 1962. Spruce top with mahogany back and sides. Replaced bridge pins and Kluson tuners. One owner instrument with low action and warm Gibson tone. It has 60 years of honest wear. Strumming wear on the pickguard and a small separation near the soundhole. Although the owner’s initials, stuck on tastefully with mailbox letters were beautiful, we thought best to remove them and this resulted in the original darker red finish showing up in that area. The frets are in good shape, and this instrument comes with the original hard shell case.
