Payment Options

Domestic Orders (USA)

We accept cash, wire transfer, Visa, and MasterCard.

International Orders*

We ship internationally. We accept wire transfer payment only.

Return Policy

All of our musical instruments come with a 48 hour approval period, which begins when the UPS or FedEx tracking database indicates that the shipment was received and or delivered.  If a return is necessary, please call us for an authorization.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways if item is returned.  5% of the sale price of the instrument will be charged as a restocking fee if the returned item was purchased using a credit card.  There will be no restocking fee if other payment methods were used.

After the returned instrument is received, inspected, and is found to be in the same condition as it was originally shipped, a refund, minus shipping, will be promptly issued.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE 48 HOUR APPROVAL PERIOD HAS ELAPSED

*International Buyers

We cannot declare a guitar’s value (for customs) at an amount lower than the price.  Although we sympathize with taxation concerns:

  • Customs might delay shipment of your instrument, requiring lots of extra paperwork.
  • In the event of a claim, insurance issues might occur if the customs value does not match the sale price of the instrument.
  • And finally, it is illegal.
